About Our Products

  • What kind of jackets do you use? We use high-quality, comfortable denim jackets that serve as the perfect canvas for your unique design.

  • What kind of patches can I choose from? We offer a wide selection of patches, including designs for sports, animals, hobbies, and fun symbols like rainbows, hearts, and bows. We are always adding new designs, so check back often!

  • Can I add my own name or initials? Yes! A key feature of our product is the ability to add your name or initials to make your jacket truly one-of-a-kind.

Ordering & Customization

  • How does the customization process work? Simply select your jacket size, and then use our easy design tool to choose your patches and add your name or initials. You'll be able to see a preview of your design before you finalize your order.

  • How long does it take to create a custom jacket? Our custom jackets are handmade by Candice herself. The creation process can take 3 to 5 business days before shipping. You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to ship.

  • Can I change my order after I've placed it? Because we begin the customization process shortly after your order is placed, we cannot guarantee changes. Please contact us immediately at hi@yourstruly.rocks if you need to make an adjustment, and we will do our best to help.

Shipping & Delivery

  • How much is shipping? Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

  • Do you offer local delivery? For our handmade jackets, we may offer local delivery for customers in the Essex Country area in New Jersey. This option will be available at checkout if your address qualifies.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    • Direct-to-ship offerings: Yes, we ship to many countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary.

    • Handmade: Watch this space! We’re working on it.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Can I return a customized product? Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales on custom items (including jackets with patches, names, or initials) are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items.

  • What if my product is damaged or incorrect? We want you to be completely happy with your order. If your product arrives damaged or if there is an error with your customization, please contact us immediately at hi@yourstruly.rocks with photos of the issue, and we will work with you to find a solution.
